A queue of children waited eagerly outside the science room after school on Wednesday June 8th for  the WPS Super Science Club’s first microscope afternoon. They were not disappointed.

Blood, head lice and hair sizes, critters from Merri Creek water, insect parts, leaves, brain cells were all on display to name a few. Lots of good questions and parental interest were generated. Many thanks to Pilar and the parents who provided ‘scopes and time and went the extra mile to make this happen.
