The students are enthusiastically practicing for our Sumo robot challenge coming up at our student showcase on the 16th August!

There have been some great robot ideas and programs and the students have been having some fun putting their programming skills to the test in the ring! There were some great contenders, such as "The Tildanator", and Thenugas' robot that he made at home, which was impressive (the big one!). We will have size restrictions at the final match though, no robot over 20cm long/wide.

We will be choosing team names and talking about a logo for our team t-shirts for the First Lego League competition at the next session which is this week, Tuesday 26th July and please remember that the payment of $55- is due, we have extended the deadline until this Wed the 27th.
